Policies
Shipping
We ship UPS ground to the lower 48 states and charge 20% of invoice
for orders under $100.00 and 15% of invoice for orders over $100.00.
African Shooting Sticks, African Spears, Scottish Stalking Sticks, and Fallow Deer Walking Staffs ship at the flat
rate of $30.00 each. Shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii will be invoiced
after the sale at the actual cost minus the rates referenced above.
We do not ship products outside of the United States.
All
of our product components are specifically designed to weigh less than
the 150 pound maximum allowed by UPS. Some orders will have to be shipped in several boxes to stay under the weight limit.
Shipping
Damage
Please
inspect your shipment for damage and notify UPS and Sporting Wood Creations
immediately if there is a problem. We photograph all "furniture"
shipments before they leave the shop to substantiate the fact they were
damage-free prior to shipping in case a claim has to be filed. Keep
the shipping container until the UPS representative arrives for the
claim inspection.
Returns
We do not accept returns for items sold at shows or retail locations.
For items purchased on the web or sight unseen, refunds less shipping
and handling costs will be accepted as long as they occur within 15
days of the ship date.
Items
must be received by Sporting Wood Creations in the same condition in
which they were shipped. We will not accept C.O.D. returns or items
where we have not issued a return authorization number.
Privacy
Sporting Wood Creations respects your privacy. Any information that
you enter on our site is used strictly for order processing and to notify you of new products and promotions. This information
will not be given or sold to any third party.
We
respect your privacy and hope this policy clarifies our position.
